Set out to run three miles with my brother in law with 10, 100m sprints at the midway point.
I ruined his fun when I jacked my hamstring on the second sprint!
He was nice enough to not make fun of me while I limped home. We did some core work, and then I proceeded to smear myself with Tiger Balm and to drug myself with Motrin.
Moving on to RICE tonight. Any other suggestions?
This hamstring pull will probably mess up my squats and deadlifts for a while. Anyone else lose their lifting rhythm due to injury? Any tips to work around it?
